At the same time, the former head of the British Ministry of Defense noted that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin expects that time and the split in the international community will help the Russian Federation win. Wallace stressed that Ukraine must continue the pace of the counteroffensive, so partners must provide it with more military support, including long-range missiles.
