The scandalous people's deputy Nikolai Tishchenko spent almost a year inspecting various institutions in Ukraine, providing the certificate of an invalid temporarily created National Resources Commission.

In 2022, Tishchenko actually submitted an initiative to register VSK, the function of which was to check probable facts of ineffective activities of the State Agencies of Forestry and Water Resources and the State Environmental Inspectorate.

Until May 2023, the commission officially worked and the people’s deputy kept reports on its work. He personally traveled to forestry regions, established facts of illegal deforestation, and even produced uniforms for VSK members similar to those worn by security forces.

However, already in 2023 the parliament did not agree on the interim report of VSK Natsresurs, as a result it ceased its activities.
However, this did not stop Tishchenko from continuing to carry out inspections, gaining access to any institutions, regardless of their form of ownership or level of secrecy, by providing a fictitious identity.
It was at the head of such a VSK that the people’s deputy, together with the National Police, according to him, exposed a bot farm in one of the Kyiv offices.
Tishchenko then claimed that he learned this information from citizens’ appeals to VSK Natsresurs.
