This information was reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, in a comment to Suspilny today, March 26.

The chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration said that fighting was constantly continuing in the Izyum direction. However, he noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are heroically holding their positions.
