This year the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will become much stronger — This is the fundamental task of the state. This will help protect against Russian guided bombs and generally provide new capabilities on the front line.
This was stated by President Vladimir Zelensky following the results of 729 days of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.

According to him, Ukraine is working to expand our representation in the world. Last year, new Ukrainian embassies were opened in Africa, and in general, a greater level of interaction with leaders and countries on the African continent was achieved.
This year they plan to add more activity and cooperation potential, in particular in Latin America, the President of Ukraine emphasized.
The head of state spoke with the President of the European Council, Charles Michel. They paid attention to the situation on the border with Poland, the initiative for an immediate meeting on the border of representatives of Ukraine, Poland and the European Commission.
They also discussed Ukrainian efforts at European integration and the need for speedy approval of the negotiating framework by EU members.
— The goal is absolutely rational — already in the first half of the year, even before June, the negotiation process can begin. And this will be the best signal to everyone who does not believe in Europe that our unification is really getting stronger, — emphasized the head of state.
Vladimir Zelensky noted several countries for support packages for Ukraine. Among them — Denmark, Great Britain and New Zealand.
Denmark has already announced the 15th defense package: ammunition, drones, strengthening of Ukrainian soldiers.
Great Britain announced the preparation of a package that will add forces to repel Russian assaults.
There is a package from New Zealand that will strengthen Ukrainian logistics, intelligence and communications, and will also provide support in the matter of training our soldiers.
— The more crazy statements come from Moscow — the greater should be our strength. Only the power of protecting life, the ability to achieve one’s own goals, can return Russia to a state of at least partial sobriety. Russian madness must lose this war. We will do everything for this, — the President emphasized.
