This will be question number 1 at Ramstein, – Stupak explained whether Ukraine should expect air defense systems

Tomorrow, October 12, another meeting of Ukraine's allies in the Ramstein format will take place. Obviously, the issue of providing Kyiv with anti-aircraft or anti-missile defense facilities will be discussed there.

This opinion Channel 24 was expressed by Ivan Stupak, an expert from the Ukrainian Institute for the Future. According to him, after such insidious missile strikes from Russia, Ukraine has returned to the front pages of well-known publications in the civilized world.

In addition, the invaders recently got into one of the departments of the German consulate in Ukraine. This may become an additional argument to provide even more air defense systems in Kyiv.

This will be question number 1 at Ramstein

Stupak is sure that international partners quickly found out about this incident. The relevant information was transmitted through various diplomatic channels.

I am sure that now Washington and Berlin are reconsidering their attitude towards the program for providing Ukraine. At Ramstein, air defense systems will be issue number 1. It’s not just who promises more, but who will be the first to provide these systems to Ukraine,” Stupak believes.

He suggests that the Americans may ask other customers to wait “in line” to transfer some of the finished systems to Ukraine. After all, this, at least, will help to protect, including consular and diplomatic institutions.

In the near future, we can expect deliveries of really cool missile defense systems ), Stupak is convinced.
