Russia has not changed at all

Then the lawyer convinced him that if he could be imprisoned for even 15 days, then the regime would “prepare” a criminal case. True, years later the regime did place Kutaev in custody for three years because of a conference on the deportation of Chechens and Ingush.

Putin’s regime has been leading Russia since 1999. He continues to commit crimes and destroy the lives of millions of people.

All the persecutions and imprisonments were not an improvisation from the Chechen “authorities”. This was an FSB task. The fight against the regime continues today at different levels.
