This was the task of the FSB and Russia, – a Chechen politician spoke about his abduction and arrest

Vladimir Putin's regime is criminal . Wherever his hands reach, trouble begins. We need to continue to fight against him.

Vice told Channel about this 24 – Prime Minister of the ChRI government, Chechen politician Ruslan Kutaev, noting that as of 2000, the Chechen resistance was mainly located in the mountains and forests. Then the world actually did not know what crimes the Russian army committed in the region.

Therefore, there was a need for an alternative source of information to tell the world about the crimes of the regime. A coincidence of circumstances helped Kutaev meet human rights activists who arrived in both Ingushetia and Chechnya. Then they created the information center “Russian-Chechen Friendship Society”.

This was the first organization that the court banned in Russia. We have done a lot to tell the world about the crimes that the Russian army committed in CRI. We did a lot of factual material. On the basis of this, Stanislav Dmitrievsky released in both Russian and English the Tribunal of crimes of the Russian authorities against the Chechen Republic, said Kutaev.

At the same time, the famous “Russian patriot” Zakhar Prilepin complained to the prosecutor's office that a criminal case be opened against Kutaev for “calls for extremism and terrorism.” Over time, the Kremlin began to consider Kutaev a high-level enemy.

Also in 2003, in Nizhny Novgorod, an interregional conference was organized for Kutaev’s participation, where public figures, scientists and other famous people were invited. There they decided to make fun of Putin in an interesting way. Based on the results of the conference, a Committee was created that proposed nominating the then current Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Kasyanov as a candidate for President of Russia.

What didn’t happen there . Then they said that two FSB generals from that district were cursed. They said something like “how can the Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya hold a conference in the heart of Russia and openly attack the current President Putin,” Kutaev said.

Russia has not changed at all

Over time, everything came to the point that the FSB captured Kutaev near the house where he lived. They immediately drew up a report that he allegedly resisted the authorities. But later, thanks to human rights activists, they managed to push for his release.

Then the lawyer convinced him that if he could be imprisoned for even 15 days, then the regime would “prepare” a criminal case. True, years later the regime did place Kutaev in custody for three years because of a conference on the deportation of Chechens and Ingush.

Putin’s regime has been leading Russia since 1999. He continues to commit crimes and destroy the lives of millions of people.

All the persecutions and imprisonments were not an improvisation from the Chechen “authorities”. This was an FSB task. The fight against the regime continues today at different levels. The Russian Empire has not changed in its essence. Of course, there were some relaxations in the 1970s and 80s. In the 1990s, this was all curtailed. You, Ukrainians, felt this in the 1990s, when you chose independence. And then came the war. This is the essence of the ideology of the Russian Empire; the ideology of the “Russian world”, under which Russia is killing people in Ukraine and demolishing peaceful cities and villages,” Kutaev emphasized.

Situation in Russia: briefly

  • As of May 1, Russia had lost more than 469 thousand personnel. Our defenders also destroyed 7,312 enemy tanks, 14,067 armored combat vehicles, 12,024 artillery systems, 1,053 MLRS, 780 air defense systems, etc.
  • On the night of May 1, explosions occurred at the Ryazan oil refinery. Sources report that GUR is behind this attack.
  • And on the night of April 28, explosions were heard in the Belgorod region. There they managed to damage the communication facility.
