Kyiv has a plan for the return of occupied Crimea, but now this is a big military secret.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky stated this in an interview with The Guardian.
Return of Crimea and access to the 1991 borders
When asked whether it is realistic for Ukraine to ever return occupied Crimea, Alexander Syrsky answered in the affirmative.

— This is realistic (return Crimea, – Ed.). Of course, this is a big military secret… We will do our best to achieve the internationally recognized 1991 borders. We must win in order to free our citizens in the occupied territories who are suffering,” said the Colonel General.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that Ukraine, thanks to powerful attack drones, forced the Russian Black Sea Fleet to leave Crimea.
And now Ukraine’s key goal is to destroy the Kerch Bridge, which connects the occupied peninsula with Russia. But when this might happen, Alexander Syrsky refused to say.
