Vladimir Zelensky gave another interview. In it, he noted that the battle for Donbass would be decisive in the war against Russia.
The President of Ukraine noted that the country is currently facing a serious threat. And in many directions. At the same time, most of the Ukrainian army is concentrated in the East, as well as in the south.
The fight for Donbass will be a turning point
Russian infidels, according to Vladimir Zelensky, are determined to destroy everything in the East. They will do this because they realize that our core is there now. At the same time, such actions by the aggressor country will affect the dialogue and integrity of both the Ukrainian and Russian armies.
If we stand, which I sincerely believe in as a citizen, patriot and president of this state, then this will be a decisive moment for us. A turning point, he stressed.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy added that the majority of the Ukrainian army is in the east and south. And now there are really many victims. True, this, most likely, will not affect the military leadership of Russia in any way. At the same time, it is important for Ukraine. After all, the president notes, he is serious about the number of people who can die from such a full-scale war.
The president stressed that stubborn confrontations in the East are already taking place. At some points, he added, it's “tough”.
There's a full-blown brutal war going on every day… It's terrible. Real horror in terms of shots, the work of heavy equipment and losses, Zelensky stressed.
The invaders continue to block Azovstal and attack Donbass
At the same time, the latest summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine notes that Russian infidels continue to block the Azovstal plant. Also, the Russian invaders do not stop trying to seize the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. To do this, they fire at Ukrainian positions with artillery, mortars, and multiple rocket launchers.
