The Pentagon commented on the first deliveries of the HIMARS systems to Ukraine/Collage 24 channels
The US Department of Defense commented on the delivery of the first HIMARS systems to the Ukrainian army. They stressed that this is only the beginning.
The corresponding statement was made on June 14 by US Deputy Secretary of Defense for Political Affairs Colin Cole. This is reported by Channel 24 with reference to his speech during the CNAS National Security Conference.Currently, Ukraine has already sent a party with several of the latest multiple launch rocket systems. At the end of May, it was said about deliveries of 4 systems, but now neither Ukrainian nor American officials give the exact number.

This is the main difference from the rocket systems that are now most commonly used by both sides on the battlefield.
