Budanov called the Kremlin’s distortion of facts a consequence of Putin’s own criminal actions against Ukraine and other states, as well as against the Russian people. The head of Ukrainian intelligence said that a massive “ballot box riot” had begun in Russia, noting that nowhere in the world had there been so many destroyed and damaged ballot boxes in the entire history of elections.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region also pointed to the fact that the presidential elections did not take place on the Russian border. Also, most polling stations will not be able to count the ballots, because Russian activists are spoiling them, realizing the meanness of these elections. Therefore, any result drawn by the Russian Central Election Commission will be false.
Putin shows himself to be a weakling
Kirill Budanov said that Vladimir Putin is showing himself to be a weakling in front of the Russian people and his elites. According to him, the dictator understands that in the eyes of world leaders, primarily the PRC, he is becoming an unstable ruler who cannot ensure order in elections in his country.
Chapter The GUR noted that current events in Russia are weakening Putin’s regime and him personally. He called for volunteers to exploit Putin's weakness and make it an additional weapon.
Your struggle is moving into a new phase and you now have more responsibility: your duty before our native country, not only to fight against the fascist regime, but also to unite all healthy opposition forces into one strong fist and save the country from falling into the abyss,” Budanov explained.
He added that he believes in volunteers and the new Russia that they will have to create anew.
What Budanov said earlier about Russian volunteers
- Recently, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region noted during a telethon that the latest events in the Belgorod and Kursk regions are a domestic issue of Russia. According to him, Russian volunteers will do what they have the strength to do. They have the potential to achieve at least limited success.
- Budanov also said that he would gladly support the idea of volunteers to exchange the Russian village of Tyotkino, in the Kursk region, for the Ukrainian Melitopol, which is under temporary occupation. At the same time, he noted that this issue requires study.
