The actions of the Russian invaders in the Kharkov direction began according to the schedule known to Ukrainian intelligence. The enemy is suffering heavy losses in manpower, so the military of the Moscow and Leningrad districts, who are in this direction, are called upon to surrender.
This was stated by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrey Yusov in a commentary by the host of the One News telethon Yana Brenzei.
The situation in the Kharkov direction and the surrender of the Russians
— We can say that the enemy’s actions in the Kharkov direction began according to a schedule that was known to the Main Intelligence Directorate. The necessary measures are being taken together with the Security and Defense Forces in the Kharkov direction. Now the special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry are also fighting the enemy. Of course, the enemy is suffering heavy losses. It is clear that all necessary information is made public by the General Staff, — he emphasized.

A representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine addressed the Russian occupiers, military personnel of the Moscow and Leningrad military districts, who are now in the Kharkov direction.
— On the possibility of surrender: such cases are already actively happening. We have information from fighters of the RDK, the Russian Freedom Legion, and the Siberian Battalion. They also made an appeal to the Russian occupiers: either go over to the side of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, or surrender, — noted by Andrey Yusov.
He emphasized that Ukraine guarantees compliance with the international Geneva Conventions, humanitarian law, life and safety for those military personnel who do not want to become cannon fodder or war criminals of the regime of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
— Such military personnel already exist, and there will be more information about them in the near future. Considering Russia's losses, they are significant and will only increase, surrender or defection to Ukraine — this is a reasonable alternative, — says intelligence representative.
