President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke today at the International Economic Forum. He urged not to wait for Russia to attack and use chemical, biological or nuclear weapons. He called on the countries that took part in the forum to join the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and noted that the amount of work is huge. Ukraine suffered more than a trillion trillion dollars of losses due to the Russian war.

Forum President's Statement
Borge Brende, President of the Davos Economic Forum, called for a Marshall Plan for Ukraine. This year the event takes place without the participation of Russia, which violated the principles of the UN Charter.
Due to the fact that the Russians have caused Ukraine enormous damage, Brende said that it is necessary to work on the restoration of infrastructure already. At the very least, this should be done in controlled territories.
