Vyacheslav Gladkov was contacted by the Russian Volunteer Corps, the Legion “Freedom of Russia” and Siberian battalion. They called on the governor to think about his people, writes Channel 24.

What Russian volunteers said

The liberation movement calls on the leadership of the Belgorod region and, in particular, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov to stop hiding behind the civilian population and immediately evacuate people from the entire territory of the Belgorod region,” the volunteers wrote.

They explained that:

• intensify attacks on military targets,
• the shelling of the region does not actually stop,
• people continue to suffer and die.

Volunteers noted that casualties among civilians are on the conscience of the local authorities, because they are preventing the evacuation of people.

“Gladkov! Think about your people! You will be responsible for new casualties if a complete evacuation of the population does not occur in the near future. Save people's lives!” – the volunteers called.
