It is unlikely that the occupying authorities in the territory of the occupied Donbas will carry out the death penalty against foreigners. Such actions by militants indicate that they are only playing along with Putin so that the Kremlin dictator “tests power.”
This was reported to Channel 24 by human rights activist Pavel Lysyansky. He also noted that he managed to contact the legal community that works there and replied that such a decision would not be brought into force. They asked Putin for pardon, – Lisyansky is convinced.

The militants sentenced to death two citizens of Britain – Aiden Aslin and Sean Pinner, as well as a citizen of Morocco – Saadoun Brahim.
These men came to Ukraine as volunteers to help Ukrainians fight against occupiers. Unfortunately, during the fighting they were taken prisoner by the Russians. Now the militants have sentenced them to death execution due to execution.
Their defense and British Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab said at the time that they intended to appeal the verdict. The decision of this court can be challenged within a month and ask for pardon.
The death penalty can be replaced with life imprisonment
