At one of the checkpoints at the exit from Kharkov, men in SUVs threatened law enforcement officers with weapons. Investigators have begun criminal proceedings on this fact.
The Kharkov region police reported that men in military uniform approached the law enforcement officers serving at the checkpoint. They threatened with weapons and demanded to stop checking vehicles.
— On September 29, at about 15:00, four SUVs drove up to one of the checkpoints at the exit from Kharkov. Men in military uniform came out and threatened with firearms the entire combined detachment, which includes police officers, border guards, national guardsmen, a representative of the military law enforcement service, — informs the police.
It is noted that aggressive men demanded to stop checks and inspection of their vehicles while driving through checkpoints. After a short argument, they left.

An investigative team went to the scene of the incident and documented the crime.
On the same day, investigators entered information on this fact into the ERDR under Part. 1 tbsp. 345 (threat or violence against a law enforcement officer) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
— We remind you that at checkpoints the police perform their functional duties in accordance with current legislation in wartime conditions to prevent illegal weapons, drugs, and explosives from entering the Kharkov region. The defense forces are fighting for the independence of our state in difficult battles, — noted by the police.
