Russian invaders continue to establish their pseudo-rules in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. So in Balakliya, and in the Kharkiv region, they forbade the locals to leave the city.

As she noted, the invaders promise to punish those who still decide to evacuate from the occupied city. However, it is not yet known what kind of responsibility awaits people – criminal, administrative or something else.

“So far, Russian infidels only threaten,” the correspondent noted.
