Chairman of the Donetsk OVA Pavel Kirilenko said that the invaders knew that people from Kramatorsk were being evacuated, and therefore dealt an inhuman blow. According to Kirilenko, the rocket was launched to prevent people from escaping from the region.
Pavel Kirilenko stated that the enemy clearly understood that there was a large crowd of people at the Kramatorsk railway station who were preparing to evacuate from area, and fired at the station solely so that local residents could not leave the territory of the region.
According to the head of the Donetsk region, despite the attempts of the invaders to cut off evacuation routes, the administration will look for other ways to save people.< /p>
The implementation of all evacuation measures will be changed. We will coordinate this with the leaders of nearby cities in a certain way,” Kirilenko said.
