As Pletenchuk said, the first thefts by Russia occurred during the redistribution of the Black Sea Fleet, when the Russian Federation wanted to seize all the objects that were important for the occupying state. Some things, explains the speaker of the Ukrainian Navy, were simply stolen by the Russians, like, for example, the only aircraft-carrying cruiser Admiral Kuznetsov.
