Security Service officers detained provocateurs who were preparing riots in Kyiv after Constitution Day, June 30.
A series of riots were being prepared in Kyiv: what is known about the arrest of provocateurs
The group of provocateurs was led by one of the founders of a public organization known for its anti-Ukrainian actions since 2015.
The attackers planned to announce during the rally the alleged removal of the current military-political leadership of Ukraine from power. Then the provocateurs wanted to seize the building of the Verkhovna Rada.

To gather people, the attackers had to organize a supposedly peaceful meeting in the center of Kyiv. In particular, they wanted to use most of the event participants without telling them about the true intentions of this action.
Information about the so-called “riots” the provocateurs planned to spread it through information resources, both domestic and foreign. So, they wanted to undermine the socio-political situation within the country, which would play in favor of the aggressor country.
To implement the riots, the main organizer attracted representatives of public organizations from Kyiv, Dnieper and other regions of Ukraine.
To avoid being exposed, the attackers communicated with each other through various messengers. At the same time, they met in small groups of three.
