In the Zaporozhye region, the court passed a sentence on 3 teenagers who severely mocked their peers. All three received significant prison terms.
The court put an end to the case of an attack on a minor, which took place more than a year ago in the suburbs of Zaporozhye. There were three students in the dock.
The court found them guilty of a number of crimes, in particular:
- rape
- sexual abuse,
- robbery and extortion.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, all these crimes were committed by a group of persons by prior agreement. The teenagers were sentenced to 7 years in prison.

Prosecutors proved in court that on January 15, 2022, three schoolchildren from the suburbs of Zaporizhia, while staying at the home of one of them, attacked their peer.
Teenagers have committed bullying and sexual abuse of a former classmate. Then, threatening physical violence and violence, they took possession of his mobile phone, – reported in the Office of the Prosecutor General
The attackers also demanded that the guy return 1,000 hryvnia, which he allegedly owed them. However, in fact, there was no “debt”. Moreover, one of the students filmed it all on his phone.

As previously reported, the tragedy occurred in the urban-type settlement of Kushugum. Teenagers aged 12 to 15 invited a 14-year-old boy to the house of one of them. There they beat the guy, humiliated and mocked him in every possible way.
As the mother of the victim, Anna, said, she sounded the alarm because her son did not return home and did not get in touch. The woman began to call all her friends and finally found a guy. The mother immediately called an ambulance and the police.
As the mother of the schoolboy told, the guys mocked her son.

A 14-year-old schoolboy ended up in the hospital after being bullied with multiple injuries and a concussion.
Then the police identified the identities of 6 schoolchildren who could be involved in the crime. They were taken to the police station and questioned in the presence of their parents. And two 15-year-old students were detained.
Law enforcement officers then opened criminal proceedings under articles on torture, robbery and sexual violence. The pre-trial investigation was carried out by investigators from Police Department No. 6 of the Zaporizhia District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Zaporizhia Region.
