Ukrainian soldiers captured by Russian occupiers are kept in real concentration camps, where they are abused and tortured.
The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets spoke about this within the framework of the Peace Summit in Switzerland, which broadcast a national telethon.
