The invaders launched a large-scale offensive in the Lugansk region. Therefore, our defenders in Kremennaya had to retreat a little, because their positions were completely shelled.
Head of the Luhansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai spoke about this on Channel 24.

According to him, our troops nevertheless retreated further because they were in Kremennaya held the defense for almost 2 months.
On the line of defense that the Armed Forces of Ukraine built, there was not even a meter of living space left. Everything was under fire. The enemy clearly understood where our positions were, – Gaidai assured.
He says that there was no point in simply holding on to the land where our defenders could die without giving repulse the enemy. Therefore, we had to retreat.
Our military has already regrouped
“Currently, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are in Luhansk region have already regrouped. They stand a little further and hold the defense already in new positions,” Gaidai said.

By the way, the Russians have stepped up their offensive along the entire line of confrontation in the Donbas. The enemy wants to break through the defenses of our troops in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, and is trying to establish full control over Mariupol.
