Alexei Danilov noted that the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is a hostage to the situation. Danilov noted that the topic of the offensive from Belarus is an element of psychological pressure on the Ukrainians. However, Ukrainians cannot be frightened.
