Recently, Lukashenka ordered the creation of an operational command on the border with Ukraine in order to “work out” the defense of his territories. Experts assure because Belarus is really afraid that Ukraine will attack it.

But, in his opinion, such actions by Belarus are more in the nature of reinforcement troops than attacks on the territory of Ukraine.
“About moving the Iskander missile launchers to the Brest region, it is rather a desire to increase the affected area on the territory of Ukraine in order to fire missiles on the western regions of Ukraine“, Mashovets believes.
He says that this is a logical step on the part of Belarus, since the West supplies us with weapons, including within the limits of Lend-Lease. At the same time, according to the expert, the Belarusians intend to shell the supply routes.
The coordinator of the “Information Resistance” group said that Belarus is also removing equipment from long-term storage, checking the control system.
They are carrying out certain preparatory actions, but this is more defensive in nature, because they fear that Ukraine will go on the offensive against Belarus, and not vice versa. Mashovets said.
