They could shoot down their own plane, – Zhdanov commented on the fall of a Russian plane in Yeysk

There are a number of versions about the causes of the incident with the explosion of the Su-34 aircraft in the Russian city of Yeysk. It is possible that the aircraft could have come under the “friendly fire” of its air defense.

Probably, the plane could have exploded even before it crashed into a residential building. This was told by military expert Oleg Zhdanov.

The expert noted that the Russian Su-34 aircraft that crashed into a residential building in Yeysk was a front-line bomber.

He flew from the Krasnodar Territory to bombard targets in Ukraine. For some reason, the pilots did not go around the city, but decided to fly through Yeysk. In some videos, the plane exploded before hitting the nine-story building. The pilots were flying at a very low altitude. Accordingly, hardly anyone studied the map of artificial interference, – the observer explained.

According to him, there are questions about the skills and qualifications of the pilots, as well as whether they were mobilized.

“The explosion of the aircraft is interpreted by local representatives of the military command as an engine failure. Allegedly, the exploded engine failed. Because first there was an explosion in in the air, then a collision with a house, a fire and detonation of ammunition. Both pilots ejected and are alive and well,” Zhdanov added.

The specialist emphasized that the cities of Russia, especially the border ones, they are guarded by tactical air defense systems, such as Pantsir-1S, Tunguska, etc.

“When there were imitations of attacks by the Russian military on Belgorod, the Pantsir-1S system sometimes worked, and we saw the tail section of the missile of this complex. It is quite possible that the plane entered the air defense zone. Since time was limited, most likely they could shoot down their plane without understanding the situation,” the expert is convinced.< /p>

In his opinion, not knowing whose plane was in the center of Yeysk, the Russian military could perceive it as a threat.
