Russians continue to carry out forced mobilization in the occupied territories. In the Donbas, the occupiers grab men right on the streets.
Those who have already fallen into the hands of the invaders have almost no chance of escaping forced mobilization. This was reported to Channel 24 by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbass, blogger and activist Vitaly Ovcharenko.
Is it possible to refuse forced mobilization
According to him, men from quasi-republics in the occupied Donbas cannot refuse forced mobilization. . He can be tortured or simply shot. It all depends on the Russian curator or a crazy collaborator who is in charge of the mobilization of a particular person,” Ovcharenko noted.
Therefore, few men dare to express their unwillingness to fight in the ranks of the Russian army.
“Women's People's Republic” in the occupied Donbas
According to human rights activists, the Russians illegally mobilized more than 100,000 men from the occupied Donbas into their army. Almost a quarter of people have already died.
As the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted, in fact, it is very difficult to talk about the number of people forcibly mobilized in the quasi-republics in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
Often, Russians and local collaborators record badly or do not record at all those who are seized on the streets,” Ovcharenko noted.
A typical scenario of forced mobilization
The activist said that the typical fate of the so-called ” develops according to the following scenario.
- On the 1st day, the man is arrested.
- On the 2nd day, he is transported somewhere.
- On the 3rd- th day he is at some base.
- The very next day, the occupiers throw a “mobile” under Ukrainian machine guns.
- And on the 5th day, the one who was forcibly mobilized in the Donbas dies.
According to Ovcharenko, there is a “black” joke that the quasi-republic of invaders in the Donetsk region is already called the “Women's People's Republic”.

Ovcharenko added that the local residents of the occupied Donbas, who are forcibly mobilized, are not taught, and they are also given very poor uniforms.
Russia is doing this in order to sow hatred between ordinary residents of the Donetsk region and the Lugansk region, who are already under occupation, but did not want to fight, and other residents of Ukraine. Forced mobilization in the occupied territories: the main thing
