Rybachuk noted that India buys oil from Russia for half the price, in fact, at cost. So is China. Europe was the largest buyer of Russia's energy resources. However, Germany has already declared that since January 1 it has no Russia.

Iran
He continued that Iran is selling martyrs to Russia, although he does not admit this. However, Israel, Turkey and the United States are painfully working with Iran. In particular, they say that there are agreements on the supply of Iranian missiles to Russia, but they are not. Against drones, the same Gepards show themselves effectively, and they no longer pose such a threat as they originally did.
“Whether Iran dares to give medium-range and long-range missiles is highly suspect. Israel simply destroyed some factories, destroyed some Iranian military commanders. The United States introduced Iranian citizens who work and are involved in the supply of weapons to Russia,” Rybachuk emphasized.

North Korea
According to him, the DPRK has never given its missiles to anyone, and there are questions about their effectiveness. We see how defiantly they launch some missiles, with the dictator together with his family. However, they also work with the DPRK.
