In Evpatoria and Yalta, the Russians are engaging civilian contractors to equip firing and defensive positions, which look very cartoonish, the report says.

They also added that there are rumors among Russian military personnel that the SOU are forming a so-called “shock fist” for an autumn breakthrough towards Crimea and cutting the land corridor in the Kherson direction.
