During the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian army finally destroyed the myth of the “second army of the world”. This led to a number of problems, including the embezzlement of funds by the generals.
An adviser to the President's Office spoke about this on the air of the FEIGIN LIVE channel. According to Aleksey Arestovich, Russian generals stole most of the funds allocated by the Kremlin for preparations for war. in the Russian army, plans and reality do not combine in any way. In particular, they go on the offensive in a straight line, not taking into account either the conditions or the strength of the enemy.
The problem with the Russian army is that it is not so much strong as it is “long”. And the problem is for them in the first place. Another army would have wised up a long time ago, but due to its “length” it can afford to do catastrophic stupidities, – said Arestovich.
In addition, as an adviser to the Office of the President noted, during the preparations for the war, the Russian command did not believe that Putin would give the order. Therefore, almost all the allocated funds for training were simply plundered. After the start of the invasion, as it turned out, the invaders had serious problems with combat capability, which arose because of this.
Arestovich also noted that the invaders were literally barefoot, because they had terrible boots.
UAF is actively advancing in Kharkiv region

In the evening, President Volodymyr Zelensky published a video where our soldiers, raising the flag, reported on the liberation of Balakleya. Also, our troops liberated settlements near the city.
The Russians are literally hysterical because of the successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Meanwhile, the propagandists forgot to change the training manual – in the evening of the same day, Russian state-owned media disseminated a statement by the Kremlin's Defense Ministry that Balakleya was allegedly under the control of the invaders.
