The Russian military has created “filtration camps” in the temporarily occupied territories. Ukrainians are kept there, and the occupiers decide their fate – some are released, some are sent to Russia, and some are tortured or even killed.

Ukrainian human rights activist Pavlo Lisyansky told Channel 24 how Ukrainians are “filtered” p dir=”ltr”>According to him, there are several procedures in these “filtration camps”.

Russians themselves call them not “filtration camps”, but concentration camps, like the Nazis. And today they are not only in the occupied territories of Ukraine, but also in Russia itself with prisons, – said the expert.

What is known about “filtration camps”

Pavel Lisyansky says that our military. Even those people who were deported to Russia are “driven” through such camps.

“We have already begun to cooperate with Russian human rights activists who used to deal with prisons, but have already left Russia,” – he added.

The human rights activist explained that there are several procedures in such filtration camps. And today, for example, in Mariupol, people are filtered once every 7 days.

There is a filtering “passport” – this is a coupon where the date is written . This was done in order to “facilitate” the work of the Russians, because people themselves came to the occupiers on a weekly basis. In addition, there is a corruption component here, Lisyansky emphasized.

According to him, “filtration camps” have several moments – a person can be detained, controlled, or simply killed. “It all depends on your value in the society in support of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territories,” he said.

In his opinion, the main goal of “filtering” is to eradicate agents of influence who can raise Ukrainian protest.

What happens during the “filtration” of Ukrainians

Commissioner for Human Rights Verkhovna Rada Lyudmila Denisova said that infidels are conducting a “cleansing” of Ukrainians. They check all documents, mobile phones, personal items . They take fingerprints and also produce photographs.

Russians ask people if they are “Nazis”, if they have relatives in Ukraine, and so on. After “filtering” people are given a special piece of paper. However, the fate of those Ukrainians who did not pass the Russian “filtration” is unknown.
