At his address on September 2, Vladimir Zelensky named one of the key elements of the long-term defense of the state. We are talking about Ukraine's movement into the EU and its internal transformation.
During the evening address, the Ukrainian leader spoke about the most important events of the day. Zelensky noted that the European integration process deserves a holistic approach, channel 24 reports.
The President said that during the movement to Europe, Ukrainian national life is generally strengthened. Zelensky stressed that he is confident that Ukraine will become a full member of the EU. Everything will be done for this.
Ukraine will be in the entire Donbas and Crimea
The Ukrainian leader thanked the heroes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who are now fighting for the freedom of Ukraine.
Eternal glory to all our soldiers who beat the invaders everywhere in the Ukrainian direction, on our land! The Kharkiv direction, the Donetsk region, the entire Donbass, the south, the Crimea – everywhere there is and will be Ukraine. But only! There will be freedom. But only! And there will be Europe. We will never give up what is ours to the occupiers,” Zelensky said.
The defense of Ukraine is the defense of the whole of Europe
The President stressed that now there is a struggle for support and understanding of Ukraine. This happens in all European countries and in all audiences of European communities.
Zelensky noted: every time he reminds that the defense of Ukraine is the defense of all of Europe, of the entire democratic world.
