A number of bills under consideration in the Verkhovna Rada, such as the introduction of synchronization of the unified electronic register of military personnel Obereg with other registers of state authorities, should improve the work of recruitment centers.
The head of the public relations service of the Command of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Fityo, announced this during a briefing.
— Currently, there are a number of bills on the work of the TCC that are being considered in parliament. One of these bills, which should improve the work of the TCC, is the introduction of synchronization of the unified database of military personnel, our Obereg accounting system with other registers of other state authorities,” he said.
Fityo added that if it is approved, then in accordance with this, the Oberig system for registering persons liable for military service will receive data from other registers – on marital status, education, birth of children, profession, work and other necessary data.

According to him, now the system for registering those liable for military service is 90% complete, and the process of entering data from paper into digital data is underway.
“Those liable for military service must now personally appear at their TCC in order to update their data, that is, appear physically and bring photocopies of certain documents,” added the head of the public relations service of the Command of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to him, only after the digitization of the data of those liable for military service and the adoption of the corresponding bill will it be possible to move on to the process of synchronizing the Oberig accounting system with other state registers.
