The State Duma of Russia reacted insanity to the idea of providing Ukraine with nuclear weapons/RBC

Deputy of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin once again made a cynical statement about Ukraine. This time, he was “burnt” because of the proposal of the member of the European Parliament and the former head of the Polish Foreign Ministry, Radoslaw Sikorski, to provide our country with nuclear weapons.

In his senile manner, the Russian politician said that because of such a step, “neither Ukraine nor Europe itself” would become.

Volodin said that Europeans would have much more serious problems with such deputies than those with which they have already encountered today. And in this context, he recalled refugees, inflation and the energy crisis. However, the deputy of the Russian State Duma “forgot” to say that all this led to Russian aggression.

Sikorsky provokes a nuclear conflict in the center of Europe. He does not think about the future of either Ukraine or Poland. If his proposals are implemented, these countries will disappear, as well as Europe, – the Russian MP emphasized.

Further, the politician stressed that the MEP “needs to be examined by a psychiatrist, pass the mandate and stay at home under supervision.” And, of course, there was a desire to “liberate” Ukraine.

“It is precisely because of people like Sikorsky that it is necessary to liberate Ukraine not only from the Nazi ideology, but also demilitarize it, ensuring the country's non-nuclear status,” he added.

Pay attention! To the Russian military now we have managed to “liberate” Ukraine from civilian infrastructure, clans, schools, homes, many children and adults from life, and all Ukrainians from peace.

What is known about Sikorsky's statement

On the air of Espresso, Radoslav Sikorsky said that after Ukraine gave up its nuclear potential under the Budapest Memorandum in 1994 and became an independent country within the borders established since the time of the USSR, Russia violated this memorandum . That is why, in his opinion, the West can give Ukraine the opportunity to defend its independence.

“I don’t think that Putin will dare to attack NATO territory with nuclear weapons. Apart from rhetoric at this point, I don’t see any preparations. Russia has several thousands of tactical warheads that are stored in trains specially prepared for this and 24 hours a day, we and the Union monitor this situation. And if there were a transfer of nuclear warheads to any units, either aviation, or artillery, or missile, this would indicate that Russia is preparing for something similar. But nothing like this is happening,” said the MEP.

Sikorsky noted that it is more difficult how to convince Putin that it would be too risky for him to carry out such an order in relation to Ukraine , which is not a formal member of NATO and our ally.
