There will be a signal, – a politician from the USA said whether Keith Kellogg can fly to Moscow for negotiations Angela Figin

Donald Trump's future special representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg announced a visit to Kyiv in January 2025. During the trip, the politician plans to collect information from key participants in the future negotiation process for a peaceful settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

For now, his plans do not include a visit to Moscow. In a conversation with Channel 24, public figure, Republican Party member and president of the Ronald Reagan Republican Club Boris Pincus suggested when and under what conditions Keith Kellogg might still go to Russia.

“Judging by Vladimir Putin's tone and the economic situation that has developed in Russia today, I think that it will take about three weeks, or a little more, when there will be a signal from Moscow that the Russians are ready to discuss a number of issues proposed by Trump, and then Kellogg might go to Moscow,” Pincus said.

“Trump's special envoy can go anywhere”

KoT Kellogg can go anywhere, but that's another matter – President of the United States of America. Let us recall that even with friendly relations between Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev, the meeting of the leaders took place not in Moscow, but in Reykjavik.

I am talking about the distant future, if all issues are agreed upon and mutually acceptable, especially for Ukraine, then a meeting between Trump and Putin may take place, – the member of the Republican Party noted.

According to him, Moscow will not be discussed either. Perhaps the meeting may take place in Saudi Arabia or Turkey. In particular, Recep Erdogan said in his address that he wants to end Russia's war against Ukraine, this is his priority.

By the way, Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that the future special representative of the elected US President Trump on Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, will arrive in Kyiv. He will visit Ukraine even before Trump's inauguration.
