The invaders staged landing exercises on the border with the Rivne and Volyn regions. That is why sirens could be heard on February 28.
The landing was reported in the local Belarusian media with reference to the press service of the 38th Separate Guards Airborne Assault Brigade. It was noted that military exercises were held with the Russians in the Brest region, during which paratroopers landed.
Scheduled jumps were made from 12:00 to 18:00. The military parachuted from an Il-76MD aircraft and a Mi-8MTV helicopter at the Brestsky training ground.

The video of the Il-76MD flight was commented by the speaker of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko. He noted that this video can be filmed at a distance of 10-20 km from the border, but the situation in the northern directions is under control. He assured that the defenders are strenuously guarding the border.

It should be reminded that on Tuesday, February 28, an air raid alert sounded in the Volyn and Rivne regions, bordering on the Brest region, after 14:00.
