The head of the center for strategic communications of the Southern Defense Forces, Dmitry Pletenchuk, spoke about this during the telethon. It should be noted that the Kommuna vessel is designed to search and rescue submarines, and also acts as a carrier of underwater vehicles. This is the only ship of this class that Russia has.
