There is no money, construction has stopped: Russians are increasingly afraid to go to Crimea

by alex

Before Russia's invasion of Ukraine, occupied Crimea accounted for about 20% of bookings, that is, approximately every fifth tourist went to Crimea. Now the reservation is less than 1%.

There are explosions on the peninsula almost every day, so there is panic in Russian society – they do not plan to go there for rest. Political strategist Boris Tizenhausen spoke about this Channel 24.

Kurortny season in Crimea “on pause”

The self-proclaimed “head of Crimea” Sergei Aksenov complains that saboteurs are allegedly hunting him and he has already caught several. The collaborator began to worry about his safety after the liquidation of Ilya Kiva. Apparently, he has a motorcade with guards behind him like Vladimir Putin, but this will not protect him from the crimes committed.

They have the following feeling : There will be no holiday season. Who in their right mind would go there? Unless they hand out vouchers at enterprises in Russia and you can only go to a boarding house in Crimea. No money left. Construction has stopped. Nobody buys brand new real estate. Everyone wants to sell their old one, demand is high. Therefore, excuse me, no one needs it yet,” noted the political strategist.

In Russia, unlike Ukraine, propaganda information from televisions pours into heads from all channels. They form a different worldview. Russians believe in everything that is broadcast. Propaganda does 90% of the work, that “Russia’s victory is very close.”
