Details of the tragedy were told by the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov on the air of the all-Ukrainian information marathon, channel 24 reports.

According to him, Izyum remains the hottest accurate in the entire Kharkiv region. Our Armed Forces hold their positions, but the city has been under occupation for more than two months.
