The GUR MO managed to record yet another proof that all is not well in Russia. Moreover, if partial mobilization is in full swing, not everyone wants to go to the front.

From the beginning of the conversation, one can understand that the occupier is somewhere not far from the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Intelligence officers noticed that they were talking about a fighter from an illegal military formation from the “DNR”.
His wife asks if the military is planning to leave their positions. To which the militant said that there were no such intentions yet. But he is ready to break loose at any moment when he senses danger. Like, the process of “merging” will not be difficult for him.

More interesting was the continuation, because it concerned the mobilization and the situation in Russia. According to his wife, there is almost a coup in the aggressor country. They say that no one sends new garrisons to Ukraine. And the formed ones already refuse to mobilize.
In many regions, they wanted to declare full mobilization, but the deputies refused . That no one will mobilize. Everyone writes (statements – Channel 24) against Putin in order to remove him from power,” she added.
The mobilization plan will not be fulfilled
Although not 100 percent, the Institute for the Study of War is convinced of this. At least in this way: it will not be possible to recruit 300,000 “reservists” in Russia. On the other hand, it will be possible to collect such a quantity only with the help of everyone who is just captured.
And something like this is happening in Russia. The partial mobilization campaign will last until November 10th. It will have three waves of 2 weeks each. And in this short period of time, not only the mythical “reservists” will be recruited into the army.
According to the available data, summons are handed to both students and older men, and employees of enterprises. In general, everyone has a chance to get to the front.
And this, the authors of the report noted, has already outraged the local population. There are cases when men conflict or even fight with military commissars. At the same time, they partly justify Putin's actions. Like, if the mobilization was not partial, then they would not resist.
