In recent days, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have increased the intensity of attacks on the positions of the invaders in Zaporozhye. In addition, collaborators are beginning to increasingly actively leave the territory of the temporarily occupied territories of this region.
The Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov told Channel 24 about this. According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with the resistance forces and local residents, are doing everything possible to weaken the Russians in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporozhye.
In recent days, the intensity of the strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has increased. The invaders were again attacked at the base of military transport aviation in Melitopol. Yesterday, in Tokmak, they were hit by a group of Russians who seized one of the hospitals in Tokmok. We know that the special services destroyed one of the S-300 launchers. And a few hours ago they destroyed a group of invaders in Vasilievka, – Fedorov noted.
They run away from the Zaporozhye region, but there is a certain trend
As Fedorov emphasized, the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other people who are not indifferent significantly complicate the life of Russia's supporters. Collaborators and main Gauleiters have already begun to take their families out of the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporozhye.
In addition, just before the New Year, Russian doctors had already left the temporarily occupied Melitopol. This process continues.
They start to be afraid. Today it is too early to say that the Russians are fleeing from our territory, as was the case on the right bank of the Kherson region. But there is a trend. We believe in our Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Fedorov emphasized.
Also, due to the high-quality cooperation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ukrainian special services and local residents, the Russian invaders are forced to constantly move their own troops. They never stay in one building longer than 3-5 days.
APU attack on Melitopol is the worst dream for Russians
- As Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President's Office, noted, the Russians continue to regroup their troops in the Zaporozhye direction. They are afraid of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Melitopol. This is for them, according to Arestovich, a nightmare.
- Units that had previously been taken out for recovery began to be transferred to this direction. Some of the personnel there are regular military personnel, but the majority are mobilized.
- Recently, a column of invaders moved from Vasilievka to the village of Veseloe, Melitopol region. There the Russians will be a fortified area.
