Chechens are looking for ways to surrender
In the last few days alone, Belokiev received about 700-800 messages asking him to explain how to voluntarily surrender to the Ukrainian military. Many residents of Chechnya are not going to fight against Ukraine.
They believe that this is the wrong war. Putin killed their relatives yesterday. Therefore, they do not want to fight against Ukraine,” Belokiyev stressed.
Now representatives of Ichkeria are negotiating with the Ukrainian authorities in order to organize a voluntary surrender. Indeed, it is dangerous for many Chechens to return home after that – they simply will not be allowed to live normally.
Belokiev called for European countries to stop extraditing Chechens to Russia. He also recalled the example of Amina Gerikhanova, who, together with her 8-year-old son, fled the war in Ukraine to Romania, where she was detained. The woman planned to go to relatives in Austria, but she has not been released yet.
When will there be an underground war in Chechnya
In July, an underground war was declared in Chechnya in the Sheikh Mansur Battalion. There is a special unit called “Black February”, which is gaining momentum every day. The military is collecting the necessary information, and the transition to concrete actions will occur very soon.
