Olga Romanova noted that Russia has run out of prisoners and those who were ready to die for 1-3 million rubles. The Kremlin has found an alternative – North Korean soldiers.

As long as they can be bought, Putin will do so. When his mood changes, then mobilization will be announced, but for now he has enough North Koreans, – said the head of the foundation “Rus' Behind Bars”.

She suggested that the Russian authorities are ready to increase payments to their military so that they go to fight in Ukraine. The amount of monetary motivation can reach 10 million rubles.

Unfortunately, there are still many occupiers who are ready to die on foreign soil. Romanova noted that a new concept has now appeared in Russian everyday life – “spare”. This is what those who go to fight in Ukraine say about themselves, because they know that there are other men in the family who will replace them in the event of death.

By the way, Kirill Budanov confirmed that North Korea will provide its military to Russia to participate in the war on the side of the occupiers. It is planned that 11 thousand soldiers will be trained by November 2024. The first 2,600 DPRK military will be sent to the Kursk region.
