< p _ngcontent-sc90 class="news-annotation">Vladimir Putin has the goal of visiting Vietnam, a country that supports the sovereignty of our state. This trip is not a good sign for Ukraine.

This is the opinion 24 Channel< /strong> was expressed by military expert, reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, instructor pilot Roman Svitan, noting that Putin is probably planning to buy weapons in Vietnam. Russian videoconferencing does not have sufficient capacity.

Why Putin is going to Vietnam

According to Svitan, Putin’s trip to Vietnam is not a good event for Ukraine. It is likely that this visit is connected with the amount of weapons that Vietnam has, which will suit both Ukraine and Russia.

Putin may try to buy it (weapons – Channel 24), a military expert suggested.

The Russian dictator has a problem with a shortage of equipment, which the Ukrainian Armed Forces are successfully destroying. By the end of 2024, according to Svitan, Russia will have empty warehouses with Soviet equipment. That is why Putin is trying to find equipment for war and reduce Ukraine’s ability to buy it in other countries.

Problems with Russian capacities

Russia is trying to build up its military-industrial complex, but this is not enough for the occupiers.

One machine, for example, will produce a thousand shells in a day, but two thousand – not. This means we need another machine, and to get it you need to first build a factory for their production. This is quite a long period,” noted the military expert.

Svitan explained that the Russians can now only rely on their own capabilities to manufacture weapons and military equipment. They have now reached the maximum level of ammunition and equipment production.

We are destroying much more Russian equipment than they can manufacture. For now, they are still getting out old Soviet equipment, but it will also run out, the military expert noted.

The Kremlin can only solve this problem with the support of other countries. However, the equipment in Iran and North Korea is not endless either. According to Svitan, these countries have already given Russia everything they could.

The Russians manufacture 5-7 thousand shells per day, and fire 10 thousand. Where do they get them?? North Korea, Iran and China. They add up to 10 thousand per day, but that's all, the military expert added.
