There are visible damage to some buildings at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant/Collage of Channel 24
IAEA Head Rafael Mariano Grossi and his colleagues visited the Chernobyl nuclear power plant on April 26. He noted that after the occupation by the Russians, some of the structures were damaged.
However, the director of the International Atomic Energy Agency did not specify how much damage the Russian troops had caused. This was reported by Channel 24 with reference to Grossi's speech with the President of Ukraine.
Specialists of the organization continued their work there
alienation with him left a group of specialists. It included technical security experts. They continued to work there to take radiation measurements.
I had the opportunity to look at the situation. There were certain fossil works around this zone. I can also say that there is visible damage to some structures, said Rafael Grossi.
He added that their organization does not influence military decisions taken by any of the countries of the world. It should be noted that even digging trenches in the Exclusion Zone is dangerous. After all, this also provokes the rise of radioactive particles into the air.
How the Russians seized the Chernobyl nuclear power plant
- This happened on the day the invasion began, February 24th. The Russians began to enter the territory of the nuclear power plant at about 15:00. The employees of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant saw on the monitors how “black men” were sneaking into the station and realized that they were infidels.
- The workers were not allowed to hand over the change, which threatened the safety of the station and these people. At the same time, the Kremlin generated fakes about “good cooperation” with the station staff. Like, they voluntarily stayed to maintain security.
- The enemy accumulated troops in the Chernobyl area, which, in particular, made trenches. Probably, the Russians believed that the Ukrainian troops would storm the Exclusion Zone.
- However, this did not happen, and radiation sickness began to kill the Russian soldiers. In addition, all their equipment was contaminated with radiation.
- The infidels plundered everything they could there and even took dangerous radioactive samples as a trophy. They left the territory of the station on 31 March. At that moment, many Russian military received a dose of radiation that would not allow them to live even more than a few years.
