Russia is bringing North Korean troops into the war against Ukraine. South Korea and Japan can help our country counteract the enemy's strengthened army.

Political scientist Taras Zagorodniy expressed this opinion to Channel 24, because for both of them, the risk has increased due to Russia's increased cooperation with the DPRK. By the way, the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine reported that more than 7 thousand North Korean troops are located near the border with Ukraine.

Why South Korea and Japan Should Get Involved in the War

Taras Zagorodniy noted that South Korea and Japan can help Ukraine together with the United States of America. However, there will be no reaction from the United States to the North Korean troops in Ukraine before the presidential elections, which will take place on November 5.

I think that there should be some kind of military solution, because there is an escalation and a violation of the rule that the conflict should not spread throughout the world, – said the political scientist.

At the same time, there is already tension on the territory of the Korean Peninsula. In addition, the head of the DPRK Kim Jong-un launched an intercontinental missile towards Japan, which can fly 7 thousand kilometers. That is, it can fly to Europe and the USA.

Important! The United States, South Korea and Japan have agreed to strengthen counteraction to nuclear and missile threats from the DPRK against the backdrop of increased military cooperation between North Korea and Russia.

First of all, South Korea and Japan can help with the military-industrial complex, in particular with electronics, which is sorely lacking. After all, the trend towards an agrarian state and deindustrialization have led to the fact that Ukraine does not even produce circuit boards.

All this must be returned and modernized with the help of South Korea. They have such opportunities, – noted Zagorodniy.

This issue should be pedaled with South Korea and China, because they did not want to provide military assistance to Ukraine, although they had such a position, and helped only on a humanitarian basis.

Now a lot is changing and we need to take advantage of this window of opportunity, – added the political scientist.
