Today there are no safe places for Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied Crimea. And the regular traffic on the peninsula complicates its use as a logistics hub.
Representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrey Yusov spoke about this on the air of the United News telethon.
He confirmed that the Russian Federation is trying to strengthen defense on the peninsula, but the aggressor “does not always succeed.”

There is information that the occupiers are transferring air and missile defense systems to Crimea from other directions, in particular from the Far East.
– But, as the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kirill Budanov said, today there are no places in Crimea that are safe for the occupiers. And we see this with our own eyes virtually on a daily basis. The planned work of the Security and Defense Forces continues, operations in various fields – both on land and on water. And this work will continue in the future,” Yusov emphasized.
According to the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the pressure exerted by the Ukrainian Defense Forces makes it difficult for the occupiers to plan and implement operations from Crimea.
“It complicates the use of Crimea as a logistics hub for the occupation corps, in particular in the south of Ukraine,” Yusov explained.
After all, every successful defeat of Russian targets on the peninsula means “additional worries, time and resources for the enemy.” At the same time, for Ukrainian defenders these are additional opportunities that they effectively use.
