Some Russians began to actively come up with different ways to avoid being blamed for the war in Ukraine. Citizens of the aggressor country are promoting the idea of ”good Russians” in order not to fall under restrictions.
People's Deputy Solomiya Bobrovskaya reported this on Channel 24. According to her, in recent months it is very interesting to observe such a latent form of propaganda of the Russian idea of liberalism and “good Russians” in the West.
There are no good Russians
As noted by Bobrovskaya, the Russians are promoting the theses that they allegedly did not start this war, therefore they are not guilty of anything. In her opinion, this is all one story, allegedly sanctioned by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
There are no good Russians, it's enough to play this story and believe in such things. Indeed, it is very annoying when on Ukrainian television there are a lot of “expert” opinions from Russians commenting on liberalism and opposition, the people's deputy said.

According to her, it will be very annoying if Ukrainians, as well as Western states, fall into the trap of “good” Russians who do not support the Russian-Ukrainian war. She also emphasized that there could not be any special differentiation for such people, in particular with regard to visas or passports.
“Dear representatives of the country that unleashed a war against my people – where were you all before the start of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2014? Where were your statements about the occupation of Crimea? Where was the support for Ukraine at that moment and the clear denial of what has been happening in Russia for so many years?” , – emphasized Bobrinskaya.

Russian oligarchs are trying to buy off sanctions
- Oligarchs from Russia, who were sanctioned because of the war against Ukraine, are trying to pay off so that restrictions are lifted against them, the Finance Minister said at a meeting of G7 finance ministers Canada's Chrystia Freeland.
- She said she was receiving calls from sanctioned Russian oligarchs, saying they were very outraged by the restrictions.
