Due to constant attacks by the Russian Federation on substations in Ukraine, there are network restrictions, which makes it impossible to transmit all existing generation.
The Minister of Energy German Galushchenko announced this during the hour of questions to the government .
– Unfortunately, we have network restrictions. But again, why did this happen? This is a consequence of Russian attacks on substations. These are constant blows and, unfortunately, blows that sometimes reach their target, — said the minister.
As a result of network restrictions, it is impossible to transmit all existing generation in a certain region.

Outages in Ukraine
Due to the difficult situation in the energy system due to attacks by the Russian Federation, schedules have been in effect in Ukraine for a long time. Thus, the blackout schedules on July 19 were valid throughout the entire day. However, tomorrow, according to Ukrenergo, consumption restrictions will not be applied during a certain period of the day, namely from 02:00 to 05:00. From now on there will be two shutdown queues.
