Russian shelling of Kharkov
As a result of the Russian attack on Kharkov, at least three dead and 28 wounded are known.
This was reported by the regional authorities, in particular the head of the Kharkov regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov and the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov.
According to Sinegubov, the Russians twice struck the Kholodnogorsk district of the city with guided bombs. At first it was reported that 19 people were injured — of which 18 were men and one woman. The age of the victims ranged from 20 to 60 years.
Four people were hospitalized in serious condition. The rest — on average.
Subsequently, Terekhov reported that the number of casualties from the Russian strike had increased.
— Unfortunately, there are already more dead and wounded as a result of today’s attack on Kharkov. The Russians killed three, wounded 28, — he wrote.
In addition, there was a night attack on Kharkov. Due to drone strikes that were carried out at night, a fire broke out after being hit in the Kholodnogorsk region.
The mayor of Kharkov, Igor Terekhov, reported a fire after arriving in the Osnovyansky district.
Already in the morning report, the head of the regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov reported that enemy drones hit open territory.
Due to a night attack, windows in one of the five-story buildings were partially broken.
Explosions in Odessa
Russian missile attacks also occurred in Odessa, where explosions were first heard shortly after the alarm at 15:15, and after 16:21 at least three more explosions were heard in the city.
As a result of today's Russian attack in the Odessa region, one person was killed, said the head of the Regional State Administration Oleg Kiper.
The number of wounded after the shelling in Odessa increased to eight people. Five of them — in a state of moderate severity — are in the hospital.
A fire broke out in a warehouse as a result of the Russian strike on Odessa. The total area of the fire is 8 thousand square meters. m, reported the State Emergency Service.
Before the explosions in Odessa, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned about significant activity of enemy tactical aviation in the southern and northeastern directions.
APU without artillery shortage — Zelensky
President Vladimir Zelensky said that for the first time in a long time, none of the Ukrainian brigades are complaining about a shortage of artillery ammunition.
According to him, this is the first time in two years of full-scale war.
In particular, the head of state says, such complaints have not been received from teams for two months in a row.

The situation at the front: Syrsky’s report
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Sirsky stated that in the Kharkov region the situation on the battlefield is difficult, since the enemy has expanded the active combat zone by almost 70 km.
According to him, this is how the occupiers are trying to force the Defense Forces to attract additional brigades from the reserve.
The enemy army concentrated its main efforts in the direction of Strelechya — Liptsy and at the capture of Volchansk, with subsequent access to the White Well and the deployment of an offensive to the rear of our troops, he said.
According to Syrsky, in order to achieve his goal, the enemy significantly strengthened the operational-tactical group North, which included combat units of the 6th Army, 11th and 44th Army Corps.
The commander-in-chief noted that the invaders began their offensive much earlier than planned, namely, when they noticed the transfer of Ukrainian troops.
Alexander Syrsky notes that the Defense Forces must not allow the Russians to advance further, and for this it is necessary to hold the occupied lines and positions, strike from aviation, missile systems, artillery and tanks. All this should create conditions for the defeat of the enemy.
