President Volodymyr Zelensky has said he would like to visit Brussels. However, there are big risks for such a trip.
The head of state said this during a press conference on the results of the Ukraine-EU summit, Channel 24 reports.

I am not bargaining by any means, but there are big risks for me to leave somewhere, I said about priority,” the president explained.
He added that he could leave Ukraine for the sake of agreements on weapons, and also express gratitude for the support.
“Since the beginning of the war, I have been going for weapons, to be honest. Something publicly, something not very good, that “Society sees something right away, something later, the society sees, but fundamental decisions. And I was in the USA. This is the number one reason. And the second reason is the gratitude of our people for the great support of the United States,” the head of state said.
According to him, it is long-range weapons that can change the course of the war. The Ukrainians are sure of their victory, but with such weapons it will be faster.“This long-range weapon is known in Ukraine, Russia knows and Brussels knows. I am really grateful to three dozen states or most of them who support us from the very beginning, and therefore these 2 points, which used to be a priority for me, remain: the first is our great gratitude, Ukraine's gratitude to the leaders of Europe, the leadership of the European Union, the second is a weapon,” Zelensky said.
He stressed that he really wants these two points to be confirmed by the EU leaders, and then the meeting will be inevitable.
Russia wants revenge
According to Zelensky, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have already begun prepare for a scenario when the Russian occupiers begin to intensify their offensive in the East.
We believe the military, intelligence believe that there will be increasing pressure in the East of the state. Russia wants revenge, it wants revenge exactly where it didn't work out. He is sure that Ukraine has a chance to prevent the invaders from taking revenge.
“They will also want to return and have revanchist steps, remembering the defeat that took place in the autumn, in the direction of Liman, etc. Our stamina of the guys there also depends on weapons and motivation,” the head of state added.
He summed up that motivation is given not only partners, but also the spirit within our state.
